Web, Apps, Ecommerce & Paid Media
What's included?
- Design and build, or rebuild of an existing site
- Ecommerce setup and payment integration
- Paid campaigns on search and social
- Conversion tracking and funnel analysis
- Ongoing optimisation after launch
Who is it for?
Businesses with no site, a site that does not convert, or paid spend sending traffic to a page that cannot hold it.
How does it work?
Scope and wireframes first, then build, then launch with tracking in place from day one. Paid campaigns start once conversion is measurable, never before — otherwise you are buying traffic blind.
How long does it take?
- Weeks 1–2Scope, sitemap and wireframes. Nothing gets designed before the pages and their jobs are agreed.
- Weeks 3–6Design and build, with conversion tracking wired in as it goes rather than bolted on after.
- Week 7Launch: redirects, analytics verified against real conversions, performance checked.
- Week 8 onwardsPaid campaigns start once conversion is measurable, then continuous optimisation.
What do you actually receive?
- A site or store built to convert, on a stack you can maintain
- Sitemap, wireframes and the reasoning behind each page
- Payment and checkout integration for ecommerce, tested end to end
- Conversion tracking and funnel reporting you can read without us
- Campaign structure on search and social, with the tracking that proves it
- Handover: access, documentation and the source repository
Building the site and buying the traffic are the same job. Doing one without the other wastes both: a beautiful site nobody reaches earns nothing, and paid budget pointed at a page that cannot hold a visitor is a subscription to disappointment.
That is why campaigns do not start until conversion is measurable. Launching ads against a page with no working tracking means every optimisation decision after that is a guess dressed as data.
Where conversion is usually lost
- Load time on mobile, which is where most of the traffic and almost none of the testing happens.
- A form that asks for more than it needs before anyone has decided to trust you.
- No clear next step. Most pages that fail are not confusing, they are simply unfinished.
- Tracking that fires on page views instead of on the thing you actually sell.
What sets the size of the project
Page count matters less than people expect. What moves the number is integrations — payments, inventory, a CRM, anything that has to talk to a system you already run — plus how much content has to be written or migrated, and whether the catalogue is ten products or ten thousand. A brochure site and a store with stock sync are not the same job wearing different words.
What gets reported
- Conversion rate by page and by device, because mobile is usually where it leaks.
- Funnel drop-off, so the fix targets the step that loses people rather than the whole page.
- Campaign cost per conversion, once tracking is verified and not before.
- Core Web Vitals after launch, since load time is both a ranking factor and a conversion one.
What we need from you
Content, decisions and access — in that order of how often they hold a project up. Almost every launch date that slips, slips because copy or product data was still being written, not because the build was slow.
- Copy, product data and images, or a decision to have us write them.
- Access to your domain, hosting and any system that has to integrate.
- One approver for wireframes and design, with a three-day turnaround.
We build and manage websites, apps and ecommerce platforms, integrating paid media campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversion and scale results.
Questions about this service
How long does a website or ecommerce build take?
Six to eight weeks for most projects, from scope to launch. A larger store with complex catalogue or integrations runs longer. The variable that moves the date most is how fast content and approvals come back from your side.
Do you rebuild or improve what we have?
Whichever is cheaper for the same result. If the current site has traffic and authority, improving it usually wins — a rebuild resets both unless the migration is handled carefully.
When should paid campaigns start?
After conversion tracking is verified, never before. That is usually launch week plus a few days. Starting earlier means paying to learn things the tracking would have told you for free.
